Our locations are open 5:30 AM to 8:00 PM Monday through Saturday, and 5:30 AM to 4:00 PM on Sunday.
Yes! You can order online for pickup at any of our locations through our online ordering system. Just click the 'Order Online' button on our website or visit the ordering page directly.
Absolutely! We offer catering for events of all sizes — from office lunches to large celebrations. Visit our Catering page to submit an inquiry and our team will get back to you within 24 hours.
We use authentic New Mexico chile — both red and green. Our chile is sourced locally and prepared fresh daily. You can choose red, green, or Christmas (both!) on any of our burritos.
Yes! Everything at Stripes is scratch-made. We use real eggs, hand-cut potatoes, freshly fried bacon, and prepare all our meats in-house.
We offer several vegetarian-friendly options including our Green Chile Cheese Fries and burritos that can be customized without meat. Just let our team know your dietary preferences and we'll be happy to accommodate.
A portion of all net proceeds from every Stripes location is donated to the VA Hospital in Albuquerque. This mission is at the core of who we are — it came before the restaurant. We also honor veterans by featuring photographs, medals, and service histories of local heroes at each of our locations.

Our regular burritos are a great grab-and-go size, while our large burritos are a full-sized meal with extra filling. Both use the same high-quality, fresh ingredients.
Yes! For smaller groups, you can place a regular order online or at any location. For larger groups (20+ people), please reach out to our catering team.
Coors, Gibson, Unser, 98th Street, Juan Tabo, and Menaul each have a dine-in lobby. Our other locations are drive-thru only.
Gift cards are available at all Stripes locations. They make a great gift for anyone who loves authentic New Mexican food!
